Amoha Villas – Booking, Stay and Guest Policies
At Amoha, every stay is designed to be calm, comfortable, and personal. To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please review the policies below before confirming your booking.
1. Booking Guidelines
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment
• All guests must provide valid government-issued identification at check-in
• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from the Amoha Villas reservations team
2. Payment Terms
• Full or partial payment must be made to confirm the booking
• Any balance amount must be cleared prior to check-in
• All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
3. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated based on availability and must be approved in advance
4. Cancellation Policy
• Full refund if cancelled 14 days before arrival.
• Within 14 days of arrival, cancellation is non-refundable.
5. Modifications to Bookings
Modifications are allowed 14 days before arrival, subject to availability. Modifications are not possible within 48 hours of arrival.
6. Guest Conduct
• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peace of the property
• Management reserves the right to evict any guest causing disturbance or behaving inappropriately
7. Pool and Property Use
• The swimming pool is for resident guests only
• Proper swimwear is mandatory
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Food or beverages are not allowed inside the pool area
8. Children and Extra Guests
• Children below 5 years stay complimentary with parents
• Extra bedding is available on request for an additional charge
9. Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted within the property to maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests.
10. Force Majeure
Amoha Villas is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural calamities, pandemics, or government restrictions.
11. Liability Disclaimer
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
• Amoha Villas is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items
12. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in for incidentals or damages. It will be returned at check-out after inspection.
13. Privacy and Security
All guest information is kept confidential and will only be shared with authorities when required by law.
