1. General Terms
Amoha Villas operates and manages the property located at Beze Wellness Village, Beze Shivar, Trimbakeshwar Road, Maharashtra. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. Reservations and Payment
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment or full payment, as specified at the time of reservation
• Guests must provide valid identification at check-in
• Payments may be made through approved online gateways or bank transfers
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
3. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in incur a one-night retention charge
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval
5. Modifications to Bookings
Guests may request changes to their booking dates up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability and any applicable rate difference.
6. Guest Responsibilities
• Guests must respect the property, staff, and other residents
• Damage to furniture, fixtures, or amenities caused by negligence will be charged to the guest
• Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside cottages and villas
• Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted unless approved in advance for private events
7. Liability and Disclaimer
Amoha Villas is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and valuables. Use of facilities such as the swimming pool, outdoor spaces, or event areas is at the guest’s own risk.
8. Force Majeure
Amoha Villas is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.
9. Website and Intellectual Property
All content on the Amoha Villas website including text, images, and design is the property of Amoha Villas. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Privacy and Data Use
All personal data collected is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
